Certain treatments will require a deposit. You will be advised
at time of booking. We generally work from a cancellation
list and would appreciate, in the interest of good manners,
a minimum of 24hrs notice if any appointment has to be cancelled
or changed.
There is a charge of 70p on all credit/debit transactions.
All courses and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, we
regret payments cannot be returned.
Packages
Holiday or Wedding packages or Spa days are available. Choose
off the menu for your personal services and you will be
given 10% discount on four or more treatments. Lunch can
be included as can flowers, a cake, sweets or champagne
to make your day special. Ask at reception when booking.Shampoo,
conditioner, hair drying facilities, bathrobes and slippers

 My
nails are badly damaged, is there a treatment that you would recommend
to improve their appearance?
Bio Sculpture Gel is a protective layer of gel, cured under a
UV lamp to give a harwearing coating to the nail. It can be
clear with a white french-tip look or in coloured gel to match
an outfit. It is gentle to the nail and does not damage the
surface as it allows the nail to breathe. Tips can be applied
to extend the nail and covered with a coating of gel or alternatively
sculpted, using the gel itself to extend the length of the tip.

My
nails have become dry and ridged, is there anything I can do?
Two things are responsible for thins: the passing of time and dipping hormone levels that rob nails
of moisture. Water dehydrates nails further so wear rubber gloves religiously. Massage good quality
oil into cuticles daily to rehydrate them. Creative's solar oil contains jojoba oil, nourishing nails
and adding strength and flexibility. Do not buff ridges as this thins the nails leaving them weaker.
Disguise with a ridge filler base-coat and steer clear pearlised or fested varnishes as this emphasises
the ridges.
